(EESi) are available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (ET) to answer technical questions and remotely troubleshoot issues. When necessary, Essential Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (EESi) will remotely access your equipment using an Internet connection to troubleshoot and remotely resolve issues.

Break/Fix Repair Services

Get the most out of your medical imaging and DICOM storage solutions with the Break/Fix Repair Services from Essential Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (EESi). A certified technician will come to your facility Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (ET) to repair your equipment.

Off-Site Archiving Services

The Off-Site Archiving Services from Essential Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (EESi) gives practices a reliable, secure, off-site solution for accessing and archiving DICOM medical images. With the Off-Site Archiving service, your images are regularly backed up to secure the Essential Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (EESi) PACS servers residing in a secure, hardened data center facility to provide an efficient archiving solution and comply with HIPAA regulations.
